CoCBuilds Funding Opportunity
The Detroit Continuum of Care is releasing the following application for a special funding opportunity from the Department of Housing and Urban Development called “CoC Builds”. This funding opportunity provides capital costs and supportive services for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) projects.
Applications for these funds are due to the CoC by 12:00 pm (noon) on September 30, 2024.

CoC Builds provides a unique opportunity for entities to apply for funding for capital costs for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) projects. Please note the majority of the funds available must be used for capital costs (acquisition, new construction, rehabilitation) for PSH projects. Additional information will be provided at the webinar on uses of funds and project timeline expectations.
The application for these funds will occur in two phases:
Phase 1 applications: Due to HAND by 12;00 pm (noon) on September 30
Phase 2 application (if selected): Due to the CoC by November 18
