Funding Opportunity for New Continuum of Care Programming for FY2021

The Homeless Action Network of Detroit (HAND) will be holding an informational webinar on Wednesday, May 19, at 9:30 am for agencies interested in applying for new Continuum of Care (CoC) project funding. Registration for this webinar is here. Agencies interested in applying for new Continuum of Care (CoC) funding are strongly encouraged to attend this webinar. A recording of this webinar, along with additional application materials will be posted to HAND’s website.

The CoC will be considering applications for new project funding for the following types of projects: Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Rapid Rehousing (RRH), and Coordinated Entry Supportive Services Only (CE-SSO). The CoC will also consider applications for new Rapid Rehousing projects specifically targeted to persons fleeing Domestic Violence/Human Trafficking. More information on these opportunities will be available in the coming days and will be posted to HAND’s website.
