Interested parties are invited to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to express interest and capacity to potentially receive via grant transfer one or two existing Continuum of Care (CoC) PSH grants from another provider in the Detroit CoC. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify agencies that have the interest and capacity to receive these grant(s) should a transfer become necessary. 

A mandatory webinar for interested parties is being held on February 10, from 1 - 2:30 pm.
